Career Counseling –Helping people make the most of their lives and feel fulfilled. In my position, I counsel people how to assess their talents and effectively transition to jobs and/or careers and understand the choices before them.

Career Coaching – In a coaching relationship, we will work towards providing the necessary motivation for you to accomplish short and long term goals. We will determine action plans and monitor progress to keep you focused and on track.

Career Testing – Include structured assessments and discussion: we will work towards identifying your interests, motivated skills, values, and personality style.

Executive Coaching – We will work to help you balance your roles and responsibilities to achieve excellence in your life and work. We will also address any interpersonal issues that are interfering with your performance, productivity, efficiency and/or job satisfaction. As a team, we establish proactive measures to help you attain professional growth.

Personal Counseling – We will work towards increasing your level of personal fulfillment, satisfaction, and the overall enjoyment and ease your concerns. Many clients achieve a renewed sense of perspective and make significant positive changes in their lives.
