Career Testing
Assisting people in career change through career testing.
Career tests include the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and other instruments appropriate to your needs.
The SII compares a person’s interests with the interests of people happily employed in a wide variety of occupations. It is used chiefly as an aid in making career decisions.
The MBTI is a widely used personality inventory. It enables one to learn their preferences to determine their strengths and recognize what kinds of work they might enjoy while achieving personal fulfillment and career satisfaction.
We will also identify your motivated skills. Identifying these skills will enhance your satisfaction, potential, and productivity.
Values are key determinants of what is truly most important to us. In order for our lives to be most meaningful, we need to take into account our value system when planning our career & personal life. We will work closely together to identify your true values and career anchors through various assessment tools. Some examples of career anchors include:
- Technical/Functional Competence
- General Managerial Competence
- Autonomy/Independence
- Security/Stability
- Entrepreneurial Creativity
- Service/Dedication to a Cause
- Pure Challenge and Lifestyle
